Are the specialists qualified?

Yes, every specialist is qualified. All qualifications, certificates and memberships that are listed on a specialist’s profile has been checked by us.

Do the specialists work for doitformummy.com?

No, the specialists are fully independent - we make it easy for you to find and book their services.

Can I trust the specialists?

Yes. We have checked their qualifications for you so that you can relax knowing that you are in good hands, and we have checked their identity.

How do I pay?

You pay securely online with debit or credit card.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, the payment is secure. We have partnered with Sage Pay who ensure that all payments are taken securely in their own server and we don't store credit card details.

Where can I see my bookings?

Once you are logged in, you can view all your booking and previous bookings via the ‘Your Bookings’ tab on the top banner.

How can I edit my account information?

How do I amend my booking?

Unfortunately you can’t amend a booking, but you can cancel it and rebook. Please see below steps to cancel a booking.

Do specialists bring their own supplies/required items?

The specialist will bring whatever is required, unless it is stated otherwise on the specialist’s bio/booking page, so please make sure to read it carefully.

How do I cancel my booking?

Once you are logged in, go to 'Your Bookings', click on the order number of the service you'd like to cancel, click on 'Cancel booking'. You will receive a full refund as long as the cancellation is 72 hours prior to the appointment time. If it's 24 hours notice you will be reimbursed 50% of the amount paid. What personal information will be shared with the specialists prior to the appointment?

specialists will receive your full name, full address, any parking instructions, your phone number and a link to your username on the platform should they wish to contact you prior to the appointment.

What if I am not happy with the treatment received?

Can I be reimbursed?

If you are unhappy with the treatment received and you have contacted us within 24 hours of the time of the appointment, yes, you will be fully reimbursed.

My specialist left before the full amount of time had finished. What should I do?

Please let us know within 24 hours of the time of the appointment and we will do our best to reimburse you for what you are owed.

Yes, once you are logged in you can contact all the specialists you like. Simply go to their profile and click on the envelope icon under their profile picture.

Unfortunately not. Bookings need to be made with 48 hour notice.

No, please do continue to book your appointments through the site so that you can take advantage of the various loyalty schemes we have planned for you.
