Pilates Instructor

Pilates has been an integral part of my life for over 15 years, through 2 pregnancies and young children.
Pilates is a mindful exercise which focuses on strengthening your core and learning how to use your body correctly, thereby avoiding injury, as well as, helping against general ‘wear-and-tear’, it concentrates on core strength, a healthy and balanced body, whilst the added by-product is a toned fit-looking physique.
 
I understand the importance of reclaiming your body and life back after having kids, be it only  for the odd hour, this is still vital for well-being. I am happy to work around the complications of having a demanding baby/toddler around, so that you can enjoy your session.


I currently take a number of group classes and 1-2-1's in Crouch End but feel strongly about helping those that feel more house bound, as I remember all too well how that feels.

Qualifications:
Qualified Pilates Instructor - Level 3
